How old do I need to be? - Apprenticeships are open to everyone aged 16 or over, from any background.

What experience do I need?

UK Flag

You don’t need any experience to apply, but there are minimum qualifications for some of the apprenticeships. As you go through the application process, it will tell you the minimum requirements. What we are looking for are bright and enthusiastic people, and you’ll be supported by a mentor to give you all the help and support you need.

Ireland Flag

You don’t need any experience to apply, but there are minimum qualifications. We require a minimum of grade D in 5 subjects at Junior Certificate or equivalent, including Maths and English, and a valid Safe Pass. What we are looking for are bright and enthusiastic people, and you’ll be supported by a mentor to give you all the help and support you need.

When would I start?

The start date will depend on the apprenticeship you choose. You can start some apprenticeships straight away, while others are on an annual basis and usually start in September or October in the UK and September or March in Ireland.

How much will I be paid?

This is dependent on the type of apprenticeship undertaken. You will be paid an attractive wage, gaining valuable experience along the way.
