Ultra-High Pressure Cold Cutting

Ultra-High Pressure (UHP) Cold Cutting allows our clients to safely manage critical modifications, upgrades, and decommissioning projects. By blending ultra-high-pressure water with fine garnet abrasive, our automated UHP technology cuts steel with repeatable, millimetre accuracy. We deliver a pristine profile on materials up to 2 inches thick and provide the power necessary to tackle heavy destructive applications up to 12 inches thick.

Cold Cutting will eliminate traditional hot work; this process removes fire and explosion hazards entirely, allowing us to operate safely in volatile onshore and offshore environments. Our service matches the performance of traditional flame cutting without the associated risks, keeping projects free of heat-affected zones, gas generation, and harmful fumes. We strictly control environmental impact, as the method produces zero sparks or dust and requires no hazardous materials.

To ensure maximum safety in high-risk hazard zones, we deploy automated and remote-operated robotics. This precise remote actuation completely removes personnel from the cutting interface without sacrificing operational control or consistent cut quality.
