We manage the entire lifecycle in strict accordance with industry standards: Access, Clean, Inspect, Review, Engineer, and Repair. We begin by assessing a caisson’s structural integrity with proven non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques.
During the initial phases, every caisson receives a high-pressure internal clean followed by a detailed camera inspection to assess its condition. If we identify necessary repairs, we integrate them directly into the same programme to resolve issues rapidly and efficiently.
After completion, our clients receive comprehensive inspection and maintenance reports, along with high-resolution photographic and video documentation. We also provide evidence-based data sheets summarising critical metrics, including corrosion rates and wall thickness measurements.
