Advanced Online Desanding (AOD) removes sand from our clients’ live separators without interrupting daily operations. Before any physical intervention begins, precise thermographic imaging pinpoints and measures sand accumulation. This targeted approach helps clients clearly define the required scope of work. Our compact, lightweight equipment then connects directly to the live separators, mobilising rapidly with minimal deck space requirements to separate solids as small as 10 microns.
Once removed, the recovered sand undergoes an environmentally compliant washing process. We reduce the oil content to below one per cent, preparing the material for safe overboard discharge.
