Our people triumph at the ECITB Active Cup!

We are thrilled to share the remarkable achievements of our people who delivered an outstanding performance at this year’s Engineering, Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) Active Cup, held in January at Cranfield University in England.

Competing against some of the biggest names in the industry, our team showcased exceptional skill, strategic thinking, and collaboration – securing a second-place finish and winning the prestigious Gold Award!

The ECITB Active Cup is a highly competitive simulation-based event designed to test and develop project management and commercial acumen under real-world pressures. It involves teams from various industries managing a simulated project from concept through to completion, with the aim of making the most profit against their initial cost.

A huge congratulations to our competitors: Carl Nollett, Jamie Ball, Ben Sanderson, Will Stoner and Luke Williams, who demonstrated remarkable leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork throughout the intense challenge. Once again, Altrad stood out for its deep understanding of Earned Value Management – a crucial factor in project success.
