Our inaugural sustainability report captures our 2025 progress. Building on another year of growth, here is what we achieved:
Our People – 4,000 new people – expanded us to a 15,000 strong team with female representation at 7.6% (up 0.9%) from the previous year.
Our Planet – 1,057 tCO2 saved – 11% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions, while welcoming two new acquisitions.
Our Business – €670m low carbon revenue – €150m growth in revenue derived from low carbon sources, driving our energy transition forward

Over the last few years we have made significant changes to support the positive impact we have on people, the environment and the well-being of our communities.
