Project Overview
Altrad is a Tier 1 MEH Alliance partner on Hinkley Point C, responsible for delivering the full mechanical, electrical and HVAC scope of the new build plant, alongside 3 other Alliance partners.
Scope
Altrad is predominantly responsible for delivering the mechanical installation scope, including:
- Installation of circa 100km of carbon steel and stainless-steel Balance of Plant pipework, plus associated equipment such as pipe supports, valves, pumps etc.
- Installation of 85,000m2 of high-integrity, fully-welded ductwork.
- Installation of in-line components such as fans ,handling units, dampers, coils etc.
