At Altrad, we are committed to our people feeling safe and being seen and valued, and over the last few months, female-fit Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) roadshows have been taking place across the UK to ensure that our PPE better meets the needs of our female team members.
At these events, the attendees tried a range of female-fit overalls and safety boots, following which they were asked to complete a feedback form. The roadshows proved a major success, with over 60 attendees attending.
In response to the fantastic feedback from our female colleagues, Altrad have agreed with Caswells (our PPE supplier) that our PPE catalogue will be expanded to incorporate a range of female-fit PPE. This will include Altrad-branded female-fit overalls and a range of female-sized safety boots.
