Altrad is delighted to announce its public offer to acquire all the shares of Beerenberg AS has been successfully concluded.
This transaction marks another exciting milestone in Altrad’s development, whereby it invests in businesses that share its excitement, vision and values and a desire to add value for its clients.
Altrad Group’s Co-CEO, Ran Oren said, “I am pleased we have been able to finalise this latest acquisition, which adds strengths and depth to activities in Norway and beyond. Our objective is to add to the success of Beerenberg, by combining their skills and capabilities with those of Altrad, to deliver increased value for our clients.”
