Success for 2024’s first cohort of the Altrad Elev-8 development programme

We are delighted to share that the first cohort of this year have successfully completed the Altrad Elev-8 development programme!

Our Elev-8 programme is all about immersive learning and personal growth, empowering our talented people and providing them with the necessary tools and experiences to elevate their skills and leadership capabilities. The programme is a unique blend of purposefully structured indoor and outdoor projects where participants gain valuable feedback and coaching and have the opportunity to experiment, step out of their comfort zones, and gain transferable skills for the workplace.

The team of 12 took to the Lake District in England to participate in the programme, which was a transformative experience for them all. Carly Atkinson, Talent Development Manager, said; “Despite the persistent rain, which seemed determined to challenge our resolve – spirits remained high as we navigated through a series of command tasks and strategic activities. Each participant seized the opportunity for growth, demonstrating resilience, teamwork, and adaptability. I am inspired by the determination and enthusiasm displayed by the whole team”.

Congratulations to the team! Following on from cohort one’s outstanding performance, we are pleased to announce that two further cohorts will participate in our Altrad Elev-8 programme this year.
