Over 100 apprentices and graduates have joined Altrad in 2024 across various sectors in the UK. We are excited to have these individuals join us, and their fresh perspectives and enthusiasm will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and grow. We are committed to fostering future talent and empowering our workforce by providing them with the support and opportunities they need to thrive.
As they continue through their graduate and apprenticeship schemes, they will be supported by mentors, buddies and colleagues, whilst gaining experience and working towards industry-recognised qualifications.
