Altrad is delighted to announce that Julie Nerney will be joining Altrad’s UK, Ireland, Nordics & Poland Executive Board as Board Advisor in April 2025.

Julie brings over 30 years of experience in delivering impactful and sustainable change across a diverse range of industries in the private, public, and third-party sectors. Her strategic insight and leadership expertise will further strengthen our executive team as we continue to drive our growth and development.

Julie has held CEO, COO, and Director-level roles, guiding organisations through every stage of their lifecycle, from start-ups to acquisitions and mergers, while leading major transformation and cultural change initiatives. She has also delivered complex, high-profile programmes, including a leadership role in the transport operations for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Julie’s extensive portfolio includes Non-Executive Director and Chair positions at organisations such as the UK Supreme Court, UK Industrial Fusion Solutions, and Sussex County Football Association, among others. A published author and guest speaker at Oxford Said Business School, Julie is recognised for her thought leadership in governance, leadership, and organisational change.
