The award process:
The nominator provides a short narrative describing the nominee and how they live the company values everyday, providing examples of where this is evident
The nominator highlights the Altrad value which has been demonstrated
If available, the nominator can include third party examples which supports the nomination
The judging panel will score each nomination based upon it's merit
An individual or team award for promoting diversity and inclusion
The award process:
The nominator provides a short narrative describing an individual or team who promote diversity. It should provide examples of supporting equal opportunities and creating a more diverse work environment
If available, the nominator can include third party examples which supports the nomination
The judging panel will score each nomination based upon it's merit
The team delivering the most sustained improvement during the last 12 months and an example of Excellence Delivered everyday
The award process:
The nominator provides metrics which support the most improved contract during the last 12 months
The nominator provides examples of how the team has delivered exceptional performance using examples of Excellence Delivered
The nominator provides examples demonstrating how the team have delivered a sustained injury free period
The judging panel will score each nomination based upon it's merit
An individual or team who have delivered innovation or shown the most enthusiasm for driving and sharing innovations, best practice or evolving the digital transformation of their workplace
The award process:
The nominator of the individual or team will provide examples of suggestions that have been submitted which promote good practice, innovation or digital transformation
The nominator can identify where an innovation has been selected for development by Altrad or a client
If available, the nominator can include third party examples which support the nomination
The nominator can provide examples of embracing digital everyday, resulting in improved performance
The judging panel will score each nomination based upon it's merit
An individual award for anyone going the 'extra mile' in promoting and delivering Altrad's social value agenda both in and outside of the workplace
The award process:
The nominator provides a short narrative describing an individual who supports Altrad's CSR agenda
The nominator provides examples demonstrating the individuals enthusiasm for driving the Altrad CSR agenda, evidenced through practical measures and actions
The nominator can provide examples that demonstrate an individual has invested personal time into the CSR agenda outside of work activities
The judging panel will score each nomination based upon it's merit
An individual award for an apprentice, trainee or graduate who has shown the most enthusiasm to push forward their professional and vocational development in and outside of the workplace.
The award process:
The nominator provides a short narrative describing why this young achiever has excelled in their role both in and outside of the workplace
The nominator provides examples of how the young person who has exceeded in their professional development at work
The nominator provides examples of how the young achiever has taken part in projects outside of their core role and shown interest in developing new skills and knowledge
If available, the nominator can include third party examples which support the nomination which could include feedback from a training provider, client, college or similar
The judging panel will score each nomination based upon it's merit
The team embracing Excellence Delivered in all they do, implementing continuous improvement projects that deliver sustained improvement in performance. Going the 'extra mile' to deliver an exceptional outcome for a client

The nominator provides a short narrative demonstrating how the team have demonstrated Excellence Delivered in their activities
The nominator can provide examples of their commitment to improving Altrad's performance
If available, the nominator can include third party examples which support the nomination which may be from a client, industry body or other stakeholder
