Altrad are delighted to announce it has secured a 5-year, £150 million+ contract (with an option of 2 x 2-year extensions) to support the fabric maintenance of multiple assets for a major operator in the North Sea, UK.
The contract will encompass Altrad delivering a range of fabric maintenance services including project management, planning and co-ordination, scaffolding, rope access, protective coatings, insulation and industrial cleaning services across the operator’s entire offshore and onshore asset fleet.
Altrad’s Executive Vice President – Peter Hughes said, “We are delighted to have secured this multi-year, multi-asset contract in the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS). We look forward to working collaboratively with our new client, whilst using our industry leading skills and capabilities to enhance the performance of these contracts to be the best they can be”.
The contract, which will become operational on 1st August 2023, adds to Altrad’s remarkable turnaround strategy in the offshore sector, which has grown exponentially during the past three years.
Pleasingly, the award of these contracts will significantly increase the scale of Altrad’s offshore and onshore teams in Aberdeen and these new, talented people, will be valued and encouraged to develop fulfilling careers.
