Altrad are delighted to announce it has secured a 4.5 year, multi-million pound contract (with the option of 4 x 1 year contract extensions) to support the fabric maintenance of SABIC’S petrochemical complex in Teesside, North East England.
The contract will encompass Altrad delivering a range of fabric maintenance services including mechanical, fabrication, electrical, instrumentation, access, insulation, and painting.
Altrad’s Vice President (Onshore), Karl Bramwell said, “We are delighted to have secured this multi-year maintenance contract. We look forward to working collaboratively with SABIC, whilst using our industry leading skills and capabilities to enhance the performance of these contracts to be the best they can be”.
The contract, which will become operational on 1st July 2023, builds on Altrad’s long-term relationship with SABIC, which spans back over several decades.
Pleasingly, the award of these contracts will significantly increase the scale of Altrad’s teams working for SABIC, adding over 170 new talented people to create a team of over 200 on the site.
