Altrad have reached the landmark milestone of 10 years without a lost time injury (LTI) across the entire EDF nuclear fleet – our teams have been providing multiple discipline services for our client EDF for over 20 years.
Paul Ellis, EDF’s Fleet Contract Manager, said “This momentous milestone is outstanding – the safety performance by Altrad on our nuclear stations is remarkable and is something to celebrate. This achievement has not happened by accident, it has been accomplished by the hard work and dedication of the Altrad people. Well done to all!”
Altrad’s relationship with EDF dates back to the 1990’s and since that time it has grown from an access and insulation contract into a multi-disciplined arrangement which includes the provision of up to 22 different services. Altrad’s contract with EDF was renewed back in January 2020 with a new eight-year, fleet wide contract.
