The Christmas break is a time for indulgences and for feet up. It’s great to take time out to relax, but our waistlines don’t always thank us.

Therefore why not start 2020 by investing in something worthwhile – YOU!

Getting motivated to get off the sofa can be hard when it is cold and wet outside, but the more you invest in yourself now, the more rewarding it will be in the future. You could add years to your life, decrease your risk of disease as well as boosting mental health too. Keep yourself motivated by losing weight, training or trying Dry January with a friend or family member.
