Showcasing Altrad’s expertise at Aberdeen Access Demonstration Day

At the end of January 2025, Altrad hosted clients and employees at an Aberdeen Access Demonstration Day at our facility in Scotland, giving them a chance to experience the access options Altrad has available beyond conventional scaffolding.

Over the course of two days, more than 120 attendees from various sites and onshore locations reviewed the diverse access options available from Altrad and its partners. With great support from Nationwide Platforms, Caledonian Access and Altrad Generation, we showcased a range of specialist and innovative access equipment. The event provided significant value through the demonstration of equipment and the Rope Access experience.

A highlight of the event was the opportunity for attendees to experience Rope Access firsthand, under the guidance of our skilled Level 3 technicians, providing insight into the challenges our teams face on a daily basis. This included supervised abseiling, tying rope access-specific knots, and signing their names on the wall whilst being suspended in the air.

Overall, the event was deemed a great success by both clients and the Altrad operational teams. Well done to everyone who participated and contributed to making the day possible.
