Our 1st Year Project Control Apprentices (PCAs) have now completed their off-the-job phase of their apprenticeship at Warwickshire College in Leamington Spa, England.
As part of their learning, the apprentices were split into teams and given a project to work on over the last few months. The project brief was to create a fictitious company and deliver a presentation to senior management for the design and installation of pipework to feed an exchanger and process vessel on the training rig at our Tipton skill centre.
All the teams delivered an excellent presentation in a boardroom-style environment. The winning team on the day was LLT Fittings Limited, made up of Lennon Dale-Rollings, Taljinder Banger and Luke Basford.
It was truly remarkable to witness the level of effort and planning that went into these presentations. Amazing work from all involved!
