We are delighted to shine a spotlight on Kieran Thomas, a Senior Quantity Surveyor based at the Hinkley Point C nuclear power project in England, who won Silver in the Medium Heavy (-85.5 Kg) category at the Nogi Jiu Jitsu British Open. The event was held on 30th November 2024 at the Sports and Wellness Hub at Warwick University in Coventry, England.

The event is known for its competitive atmosphere and high level of skill, making it a highlight for both participants and fans of the sport.
Kieran secured his Silver medal with a victory by submission in the quarter-final and a win by points in the semi-final. Although he didn’t come out on top in the final match, his performance was commendable.
