Compliance and Safety

Nothing is considered more important than the safety and wellbeing of our employees. Through an internal training provision accredited by the likes of IOSH, CCNSG, ACAD and Highfields, thousands of training courses are delivered each year by the internal training team from the Shetland Isles to Southampton and everywhere in-between. This internal provision is supplemented by external training delivered through approved and accredited vendors and coordinated through a state-of-the-art Training Management System (TMS). Compliance and training needs are tracked and managed to ensure the safety of all staff and to ensure the service delivered to clients is the best it can be.
