They help with business-wide, and important communication campaigns that cover a wide range of subjects, from safety to innovation and everything in between. They’re also a reactive communications function – responding to operational communications requirements as they occur.

We use all our social media channels to promote our latest news along with the latest job roles available.

Better Connected

Better Connected is our internal monthly newsletter providing a roundup of all the latest news from the last month. Better Connected is issued to all employees with a work email address electronically and printed on site and displayed on noticeboards.

SharePoint and Website

SharePoint is our intranet, we post all out latest news on there. It also acts as a central hub which provides links and navigation to other useful areas such as Altrad’s Integrated Management System (AIMS) and individual department pages. Here you can find department specific information, documents and forms which you may require. SharePoint is only accessible to those with an Altrad email address.

Mobile App

The Altrad Services UK app is available on both Apple and Android devices and can be downloaded using the below links.

The app provides access to payslip and holiday booking through iTrent, Careers, Information Videos, News and much more. The app is an essential for every Altrad employee providing you with everything you need at your fingertips.

Climate Survey

The annual climate survey is your opportunity to have your say via either a web based survey or paper based. This is a confidential process which measures engagement and highlights any issues around the business. Your anomity is guaranteed and no one with Altrad Services will see your completed survey or individual answers. From the information gathered we can recognize  what is important to our people, celebrate success and identify any areas of the business we could improve through Group and Regional Action plans. Your opinion makes a difference and helps us improve Altrad Services, making it better for us all.
