Altrad’s Graham Morgan, Senior Contracts Manager in South Wales, UK has completed the ‘Wildhorse 200’ – a 200-mile ultra-marathon across the rough terrain of the South Wales hills.
Graham was one of a team of eight aiming to raise £3,000 for MND Association and Prostate Cancer UK. These two charities support those affected by diseases which were close to the hearts of the team.
The team had 120 hours to complete the 200-mile run which included 30,187 feet of climbing – starting at 6am on the 13th April, finishing by 6am on 18th April.
The team completed this incredible challenge, but perhaps their most remarkable achievement, is that they have managed to surpass their original target and have currently raised a staggering £8,920 – which is continuing to rise.
