On Thursday 29th February, Altrad joined Tees Valley at their ‘stay local, go far’ apprenticeship event, North East England to showcase the opportunities at Altrad for local young people. The event was aimed at young people, parents and carers to raise awareness of the variety of career paths available, including apprenticeships.
Jamie Yarker, Louise Robinson and Carly Atkinson represented Altrad at the event, which saw over 200 young adults and parents/carers attend over the three sessions. Our stand was very popular and offered the team the chance to communicate our identity and career offerings to the various attendees. The attendees expressed lots of interest in our different engineering disciplines, and the team commented on how worthwhile and valuable the event was.
