Altrad Services have recently received praise from our customer Shell UK for the performance of our team on the Gannet turnaround. The scope of work requested of our team on the Gannet TAR included a chemical cleaning scope for one of the separators, internal vessel cleaning for vessel entry, cleaning some hydro cyclones and UHP jetting of a shell and tube heat exchanger.
Sam Garrett, Operations Support on Gannet for client Shell said, “I have been impressed with the team’s performance throughout and have received similar feedback from the Gannet management team. The team delivered all of their scope in a safe, efficient and professional manner. In some cases they finished ahead of schedule. As you know, this is a base expectation that we hold – for safe & efficient execution of work that we have contracted out– and that expectation was met which is great. The team required minimal platform assistance as a lot of them had regularly been to Gannet for the online de-sanding campaigns, and this really helped out.
What really stood out to me, however, was that the Altrad team were consistently the first to step forward and offer to help out others, clean the platform, or find a way to be productive and add value even when their own scope was on hold due to operational/scheduling reasons.”
Receiving such positive comments from our customers reinforces the fact that the work we carry out is completed safely and to a high standard. This not only provides recognition for the team but also helps us to win work with both existing and new clients.
